This course aims to enhance your knowledge and understanding of
theoretical and applied issues in health and social care.
In addition to developing your skills in research methodologies, the
course provides a range of modules from which you can construct a
programme of study appropriate to your interests and career

year, or on a part-time basis for as little as two years. There are
also exit points for part-time students at Postgraduate Certificate
and Diploma levels. Part-time study requires you to attend the
University for the equivalent of one afternoon and one evening per
