For this immersive course, you’ll spend a year in Italy and a year in Sheffield.

The course is delivered jointly through our department and the School of Government (SoG) at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (LUISS).

Based in Rome, the SoG at LUISS is Italy’s top graduate school, training high-level public and private officials to handle political and government decision-making processes.

You’ll spend your first year studying in Rome, and your second year studying in Sheffield. The course is taught in English.

You’ll study European relations within the context of international society and global public affairs.

By the end of the course, you’ll have developed the skills and knowledge to contribute actively to global developments as a practitioner or researcher.

The taught modules in Sheffield are taught in seminars.
