The Business and Management with Law Degree combines two allied disciplines and considers resource allocation through an appreciation of economic theory alongside legal frameworks and the processes of decision-making. The Business and Management and Law degree focuses on a wide range of issues impacting on every-day life including the creation of employment, inflationary pressures, international trade issues, the process of business competition, innovation and growth, the development of third world countries, the protection of natural resources and government policy-making. This programme has been developed to equip you with a multidisciplinary understanding of Business and Management, in an approach that is increasingly emphasised and valued by employers.

Career opportunities

A degree in Business and Management with Law is highly rated by employers and your enhanced numerical skills and capacity for logical and analytical thought will be advantageous in any employment situation. Specialist career pathways open to you will include chartered accountant, chartered certified accountant, chartered management accountant, chartered public finance accountant or economist. Other options include investment analyst, financial risk analyst and actuary, or areas within the Civil Service, Diplomatic Service or local government.
