In line with the Teaching and Examination Regulations, students who have not obtained a Flemish degree will need to pay an application fee of 50 euro for each application. The university makes NO exceptions for scholarship students or for students who meet the programme’s academic requirements.Enrolled students will pay the tuition fee minus the application fee of their specific programme. This means that if you enrol after a positive application, the tuition fee will be reduced with the application fee. Paying multiple application fees will not automatically reduce your tuition fee. Please note that additional costs for the bank transfer are the sole responsibility of the applicant
Postgraduate diploma (or higher)
- A university degree equivalent to a Master’s degree in Social, Economic or Political Sciences, Business, Law and/or Contemporary History consisting of a programme of at least 240 ECTS.
- If your degree is not within these disciplines, relevant work experience in these or related fields may qualify.
- Excellent academic results for both prior degrees
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English.
Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
If your documents are not in English, French or Dutch they have to be officially tranlsated (by a sworn translator) into one of these 3 languages
It is required that you send verified copies of the entry qualification documents directly to the university by postal mail. Important! Never send original documents by post!

The purpose of this one-year master programme is to offer students an education of the highest academic standards on problems of the European unification process.
The Course will explore key issues in the development of EU integration with focus on key issues and policies. The EU will be taken as the key unit of analysis, but attention will be given to both the internal (national, regional) and international actors and context.
People with professional backgrounds and experiences in administration, European institutions, etc. will also find the programme challenging and rewarding.
In order to allow students to combine this Master programme with their other professional activities, classes are organised in the evenings.
