Overview

The Business Management and Finance BA (Hons) programme at DMU is a career-focused practical course.

The Business Management modules give you a broad understanding of business concepts, models and methods, with an increased focus on strategic management as you progress through the course.

The Finance modules develop your analytical and problem solving skills in areas such as investments, corporate finance and financial markets.

The course will prepare you for a career in business and management in the public, private or voluntary sectors, as all of these require skilled managers with a clear understanding of systems, efficiency and operational issues.

After studying Finance you will be able to consider careers such as those offered in investment, banking and insurance organisations.
