Overview
On this Masters in Innovation Management, you’ll learn how to develop management strategies to facilitate the innovation process from concept to execution in an increasingly competitive business environment.
This course helps you to develop the skills and competencies of a manager, incorporating frameworks for reviewing, reflecting, analysing and critiquing existing individual and organisational practices.
You will learn the principles of strategic thinking in the context of innovation and it will also equip you with the ability to manage the process financially. These will all be achieved through the continuous use of a cross cultural management lens, enabling you to work with innovative people, processes and products across cultural boundaries.
