We`re looking for someone who has an awesome study abroad experience and would like to share it with others – inspire and help them in the process. Someone who sees the big picture yet still cares about every little detail. You need to have a genuine interest in the people and a fair knowledge of marketing. In return, you’ll get to broaden your network of contacts, travel around Estonia and abroad, and have the freedom to work in your own flow.

Dream Foundation?
Dream Foundation is a professional network of study abroad advisors, English test invigilators and examiners scattered around 10 Eastern European countries – with head office team in Estonia and Latvia.

We believe that going to live and study abroad is a life changing experience that each one of us deserves to experience. We`re here to help this dream come true.

Marketing.
Our target audience includes current (or recently graduated) high school and bachelor students who seek to do their bachelor, master or top-up degree abroad and/or take an international English language test. Their biggest challenge is to put the puzzle together: what to study, which uni to apply to and how to arrange it all in a conscious and smart way. They are fun, bright, critical, and expect no less from us.

The job.
To be a perfect fit, you need to be a:
• Motivator to help students think outside the box and to splash bits of inspiration around them
• Communicator to collaborate with students, teachers and partners
• Copywriter to always find the right words to deliver a purposeful message
• Connector to build and maintain our social media presence
• Manager to plan and carry out all events and other marketing ventures

About us.
We care about our applicants and are willing to go an extra mile for them. We value independence, entrepreneurial spirit and taking ownership of what we do. Think big, commit 100% and enjoy what you are doing – this is part of our code.

We go to schools to meet with the students and teachers, connect with them online. Help with applications and arrange language testing. We also travel to visit colleagues and partner universities abroad. Hence, find your passport!
