training and the application of strength and conditioning in enhancing

sport. An increasing number of athletes at all levels require
appropriate support from appropriately trained professionals within
the field of strength and conditioning. The Strength and Conditioning
MSc will give you the skills needed to deliver this support.
The course is delivered via blended learning. The course is
structured around key study days involving face to face lectures,
tutorials and laboratory practicals. During these you will also
develop the practical competencies needed to demonstrate key Olympic
lifts and plan periodised strength and conditioning programmes.
