The objective of the programme is to develop management professionals for business organizations at a local, national or international level.

It is a three-year programme (after two years of “classes préparatoires”or university education) and involves a largely common core in the first year (Bachelor year) together with three pathways to specialisation in Year 2 :

-An international specialisation (based on a geographical zone)
-A functional specialisation (HRM, Finance, Accounting, Sales,Marketing)
-A sectorial specialisation (tourism, environment, retailing).

The programme provides significant professional experience (12 months) both in France and abroad and requires a mandatory humanitarian experience (Humacité) and 9 months abroad.

The aim of the programme is to:

• Explore management dynamics from theoretical and appliedperspectives.
• Develop analytical and practical skills to equip students for employment in business nationally and internationally.
• Provide professional experience through placements nationally and internationally
• Develop cultural awareness and linguistic competence through international and study abroad experiences

The degree awarded is a Master of Science in Management (Diplôme ESC Master)
