This forms a consistent thread progressing through each year with
opportunities of engaging with industrial and business projects or
through engagement with an employer during a sandwich year placement.
Students will also be encouraged to engage with the Careers
Development unit (Job Shop) in order to assess the skills that they
possess against positions within the current market. Any skills
deficiencies can then be identified and students can begin to address
