Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) A Bachelor’s degree in a similar (or related) field from another research university with a fair number of courses in your preferred specialisation. Ideally, your Bachelor’s degree should cover the following courses: Organisation Theory, Strategy, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Statistics, Quantitative and Qualitative Methods, Bachelor’s thesis of 12 EC. Please provide a list of all courses you have taken, are taking and are planning to take including course content, the number of hours and literature used. See an example here. You may compile this list yourself or upload a course syllabus. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / German / Dutch. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. - This specialisation focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship beyond organisational borders.
- You will learn about the processes to identify ideas for innovation, manage innovation and business development projects, develop a business plan or analyse business models and strategic scenarios.
- This Master’s takes a broad, multidisciplinary view, examining the interactions of firms within the context of their business ecosystems.

Graduates from the Master’s specialisation Innovation and Entrepreneurship are academically well trained, and practice-minded young professionals who are qualified for positions in a broad range of business functions. Students that have completed this specialisation will have acquired the knowledge, skills and competencies that enable them to act as innovators, innovation managers, and entrepreneurs. This means you could be ready to launch your own company or be an agent of change within an existing firm as a business development manager, product manager or innovation manager.
