This course introduces you to all the subjects you need to develop a critical understanding of modern English law.
Our teaching is innovative and includes the development of your professional skills that will be of value no matter where life takes you. You’ll learn how the law works in our society and how it changes and develops.
There’s a wide variety of optional modules to choose from, so you can build a degree to suit your career choices and academic strengths.
You may choose to spend an additional year studying (in English) at a partner university overseas. Our study abroad scheme is the largest of its kind in the UK and over a third of our law students choose to spend a year abroad.
A lot of our LLB graduates go on to become barristers. Many others are solicitors with regional, national and international firms. A law degree can also be excellent preparation for a career in banking, human rights, management or politics. Among our distinguished alumni are numerous judges, three Lord Justices of Appeal and two best-selling novelists.
We are currently NOT ACCEPTING applications from NON-EU countries, except Georgia and Serbia.
